2. Training for Change and Improvement CDA works with clients to attain the common goal of achieving measurable change and performance improvement.
In such a case, a series of programs or repeated events (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually) aimed toward a specific performance goal can be designed and implemented.
Examples of topics include customer service skills, teamwork and cooperation, dealing with change, coaching effectively, conflict resolution, motivating the workforce, and more*. Programs may be conducted within one department or across the organization.
